The Danger of Musk-Era Arrogance

Elon Musk bought Twitter for 44 billion dollars. That's an amount of money most people think they can fathom, but honestly really cannot.

If a person started counting to a million, one number each second, it would take eleven days. If a person counts to a billion, one number each second, it would take thirty-two YEARS.

Musk took out loans against Tesla stock to buy Twitter, then fired half of the staff after taking over. When he realized they had been vital to its operation, he told the remaining staff they had to work 84 hour weeks to learn the jobs of those who had left, which forced many of them to sleep in their offices in a desperate attempt to keep up. Afraid of further sabotage after an unsatisfied employee ran an electronic banner around headquarters about his unsavory character traits, Musk sent everyone home and locked out the security system.

He apparently forgot he had already laid off the person who managed that system and now no one could access the building, including himself or anyone else on the management team. New rumors released by a former colleague also claim to prove Musk doesn't hold any of the degrees in engineering or technology he has claimed to for the last 27 years, just to make things worse for him.

This dumpster fire of a man is the "genius" in charge of SpaceX, desperately trying to reach Mars first and establish a colony there.

Anyone who saw Total Recall might remember the main flaw in living in the colony was this: if the man in charge got pissed off, he just turned off the air.

Since Twitter is about to crash and burn, after every racist and bigot who wanted to was allowed to jump on board said what they wanted to anyone as advertisers jumped ship, imagine what living in Elon Musk's Mars colony would be like.

Hope you can hold your breath, Musk stans.
